Leadership
An engineer and inventor who believes sustainability must be engineered into everyday life. With deep experience spanning micro-scale devices to large industrial systems, Kabir has designed and built elegant, reliable solutions used in some of the world’s largest refineries and industrial facilities. Trained at the University of Pune and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, his work reflects a rare combination of scientific rigor, hands-on problem solving, and systems thinking.
Kabir’s commitment to sustainability moved from concept to practice when he transformed his own home into a zero-waste system in 2010. He founded Flycatcher Technologies LLP to scale this approach—creating technologies that enable households, institutions, and cities to convert solid waste into valuable resources. At Flycatcher, he leads the technical vision for building resilient, circular systems that turn environmental challenges into opportunities for a sustainable future.
An educator and leadership practitioner who believes sustainable systems begin with people. With over a decade of experience across international schools, universities, and global organizations, Carrie designs learning and guidance frameworks that help individuals and institutions think long-term and act with purpose. Trained in history, preservation, and education, she has taught and led programs across the IB and Cambridge curricula, consistently achieving exceptional student outcomes and global university placements.
Carrie’s work bridges education, leadership development, and cultural intelligence. She brings a systems-thinking approach to human development, grounded in empathy, structure, and global awareness. At Flycatcher, she contributes to the vision of sustainability by building the leadership capacity, mindset, and values required to create resilient communities and organizations.
